Not enough towels in the bathroom!!! Humidity levels made the room uncomfortable on rainy days. Outdated facilities for the price charged!!! A shortage of sunbeds by the pool makes it hard to relax!!!

Beautiful grounds and pools, but drinks prices were way too high.

Amazing stay and staff!
Just spent 3 nights here. The staff were super friendly and the place was clean and cozy. Breakfast was a buffet dream with lots of choices. Shoutout to Pramana for being awesome! The only thing that bothered me was the menu not having pork, which I didn’t expect. Still, the experience was pretty great overall!

The architecture of the resort beautifully reflects Balinese culture, creating a stunning environment. I adored the traditional Balinese architecture. it beautifully blended elegance with accessibility, suitable for seniors like me. The grounds were lush, with tranquil gardens and easy access to amenities, creating a serene and welcoming environment for relaxation.
More lounges with shade would enhance comfort.

Recommend it for families with kids
The breakfast was a hit! Wide options from Western to Asian, and those pancakes with local flavors like pandan, lovely. And you know, the squirrels running around during breakfast kept the kids entertained, it's little things like that, makes a family trip special.
Not cheap, but what can you expect at a place like this, right?

Had an awesome time with friends! The location is amazing, close to the Bali Collection for shopping and dining. The beach is beautiful. We loved the Balinese atmosphere and cultural shows. Just a short walk through a flower-lined path to the lobby. Definitely try the lagoon rooms for a peaceful stay with a lovely view.
The sun beds around the pool were outdated and not very comfortable, which was a bummer since we wanted to relax by the water.

The breakfast buffet was a dream, featuring artisan breads and a fantastic selection of local eats that kept my taste buds dancing! Oh, and the lush gardens were perfect for wandering—absolutely stunning. Plus, the beach right outside made for great days of sunbathing and swimming.
Alright, so while the vibe is chill, it's a bit isolated which means you're paying that 'Nusa Dua Tax' for convenience. Dining can feel pricey for what's on offer, so think twice before sticking to the hotel meals.

This hotel boasts stunning gardens and pools, creating a lovely atmosphere. While breakfast was impressive, the room could use some updates, as it felt outdated and didn't meet the five-star standard. Service was generally friendly, yet efficient operation could improve during busy times.
